Everyone has a story –
Social Media can help you tell yours

In a social and increasingly transparent world, the best way for a company to deliver their message and their offerings out is to be as authentic as possible.  The best way to demonstrate authenticity is through story and social exchange.

As part of my goal to help people either become social media experts or just become more dangerous.  I’m offering another free series of classes with the help of NC Arts Council and GV Merchants Association.

Come join us for three Workshops for GV/NC Merchants to work with #GVNCCulturalDistrict both to promote the Cultural District and to draw in more business. If you don’t know what GV/NC Cultural District is, join us and learn!

Transformative Journaling –  a Sort of Meet-up

Transformative journaling a way to organically organize our thoughts and experiences in a positive effective manner.  By telling our story weCoffee and writing at Broad street bistro not only move into the hero position, but recent findings, linked to the studies of brain plasticity have discovered that consistent journaling can reduce doctor visits and improve overall health.

From ten minute writing to Morning Pages, we all think that journaling is a great idea, but often one that we can never quite fit into our day. Come join us once a month to get ideas, support and back on track with your journaling.

All for the price of a coffee or tea.
